When will my account be moved to on.partypoker.ca?
We will keep you updated. This move is subject to successful AGCO registration and execution of an Operating Agreement with iGaming Ontario. Until then, you can continue to play as usual.
How can I access my account at on.partypoker.ca?
Use the same username and password as you use now. Then simply verify your details, accept the Privacy Policy and T&Cs, and you’re good to go.
In order to receive information about our promotions, you will need to opt-in to our marketing communication.
What can I look forward to?
At on.partypoker.ca, you can access poker, casino games, and sports betting from one convenient hub. Plus, you’ll now be using local currency (CAD) at the poker tables.
Will my favourite games still be available on the new site?
Due to local regulations, there may be some changes in terms of which games are available.
Will I still have offers and promotions available in on.partypoker.ca?

What happens to my account balance from partypoker.com?
As soon as you log in to on.partypoker.ca and verify your identity your balance will be automatically transferred. If your account balance is in USD it will be converted to CAD.
If you don’t want to move to on.partypoker.ca, you will be able to withdraw your funds. Feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
What happens to my free spins, bets, and bonuses?
Free spins, bets and bonuses will convert to cash and will automatically be transferred to your new account once it is verified.
What happens to cashback points, active tournament tickets and tournament dollars?
Cashback points will be converted and transferred to your new on.partypoker.ca account. Please ensure that you opt-in again to continue to receive cashback points at on.partypoker.ca.
Active tournament tickets will be converted to cash and transferred to your on.partypoker.ca account. Any ticket with $0 buy-in and specific to partypoker.com will expire.
Tournament dollars will be transferred to your on.partypoker.ca account.
Will I still be able to access my favourite Casino games?
Yes, you will be able to play a huge selection of the best Casino games around. These will now be found at on.partycasino.ca.
What happens if I am registered for a poker tournament that starts after the launch date?
Your registration will automatically be cancelled and your buy-in refunded to your partypoker.com account
Will poker tables be shared with partypoker.com?
Due to Ontario regulations, poker tables at on.partypoker.ca will be ringfenced to customers located in Ontario.
Will I need to download a new poker client?
Yes, just visit on.partypoker.ca from launch day to download your new client.
Will I still be able to see my www.partypoker.com betting and transaction history?
You will still be able to access your partypoker.com account to view your betting and transaction history under “My Account”.
Will I be able to update my personal information at on.partypoker.ca?
Yes. When you log in to on.partypoker.ca, you’ll be asked to confirm some of your personal data. The rest can be updated at any given time through our customer service team.
How old do I have to be to play at on.partypoker.ca?
Players must be 19 years of age or older to play on the site.
