BEFORE ENTERING THIS POKER TOURNAMENT SERIES IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS TOURNAMENT ENTRY. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS MENTIONED BELOW.  

1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Ontario Winter Championships promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.  

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD  

2. Ontario Winter Championships is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 4^th of January to 19^th of January 2026.  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION  

3. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.on.PartyPoker.ca, www.on.PartyCasino.ca, and www.on.PartySports.ca  (the “Website”) who   
   1. have a verified website account.   
   2. are over 19 years old.   
   3. have downloaded our poker client; and  
   4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.  

   (an “Eligible Player”).  

ONTARIO WINTER CHAMPIONSHIPS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

4. The tournaments which are part of this tournament series (the “Poker Tournaments”) have a fixed buy-in. This buy-in can be covered using the following methods:  
   1. Cash  
   2. Tournament Dollars (“T$”)  
   3. Tournament Tickets  
5. The total cumulative value of the prize pools for this Poker Tournaments Series will be C$250 Here the2most important events:  Main Event $320 buy in - $25K Gtd, Mini Main Event $55 buy in - $10K Gtd.
   

   Prizes for these events will be paid in cash, tickets or entry into other events.  

6. All Cash Prizes will appear in CAD.   
7. Full details of the Poker Tournaments will be provided in the Tournament lobby before the Eligible Player enters the Tournament.   
8. All numbered Poker Tournaments will have qualifying events (the “Satellites”).  
9. Some Poker Tournaments may allow Eligible Players re-entry upon elimination. More information on re-entry will be provided in the tournament lobby.  
10. The main events will take place on 18^th of January 2026. 

TOURNAMENT DOLLARS (T$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

11. Tournament Dollars:  
    1. allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games).    
    2. do not have an expiry date.  
    3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and  
    4. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

 TOURNAMENT TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

12. All tickets are non-transferrable.  
13. If the tickets won in Satellites allow access to multiple target events, then:  
    1. For events which have one re-entry, Eligible Players may win up to two (2) tickets per starting flight (Day 1A, Day 1B etc) where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1)initialbuy-in and one (1) re-entry.   
    2. For events with two re-entries, Eligible Players may win up to three (3) tickets per starting flight (Day 1A, Day 1B etc) where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1)initialbuy-in and two (2) re-entries  
    3. In any eventuality, at least one (1) ticket must be used to enter the specific starting flightstatedon the ticket e. In cases where no tickets are used in the target event, all ticket(s) held for that flight will be forfeited and no ticket, cash or poker dollar alternatives will be offered.  
    4. If an Eligible Player has two (2) or more tickets for a specific starting flight and exits the starting flight BEFORE the registration period has closed, the Eligible Player MUST use thesubsequentticket(s) for a re-entry in the same specific starting flight.  
    5. If an Eligible Player has two (2) tickets for a specific starting flight and exits the starting flight AFTER the registration period has closed, the second ticket will be made available for use in anysubsequentstarting flights. If a subsequent starting flight is not available, the ticket will be converted to a ticket for a future series event of the same value.  
    6. If an Eligible Player has two (2) tickets for a specific starting flight and makes Day 2 of the tournament via the specific starting flight with the first ticket, the second ticket will be converted to poker dollars.  
    7. The above terms apply only to the first two (2) tickets held by any Eligible Player for any specific starting flight for flights with single re-entry or three (3) tickets held by any Eligible Player for any specific starting flight for flights with double re-entry.
       Any Eligible Player holding more than two (2) tickets to any specific starting flight must use any subsequent tickets (3rd ticket onwards) as an entry or re-entry in subsequent flights of the same event where applicable. Where the maximum number of tickets have been used by an Eligible Player in a specific flight; the 3rd ticket won onwards will be converted for use in any subsequent available flight whether the player has already qualified for Day 2 or not. Where there are no subsequent flights available in the same event the subsequent tickets (3rd ticket onwards) will be deemed as forfeit and no ticket, cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.     
14. If the tickets won in Satellites allow access to one target event:  
    1. Eligible Players may win up to two (2) tickets for the target event where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1)initialbuy-in and one (1) re-entry.  
    2. In any eventuality, at least one (1) ticket must be used to enter the specific target eventstatedon the ticket. In cases where no tickets are used in the target event the ticket(s) will be forfeited and no ticket, cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.  
    3. If an Eligible Player holds two (2) tickets and exits the target event BEFORE the late registration period has closed; the player MUST use the second ticket for a re-entry in the same target event. Failure to use the second ticket when registration is still available will result in the ticket beingforfeited. In this instance, no cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.  
    4. If an Eligible Player holds two (2) tickets and exits the target event AFTER the registration period has closed; the second ticket will be converted to a ticket for a future MILLIONS Online event of the same value.  
    5. 3rd tickets and onwards won for the same target event will be automaticallyforfeitedand no tickets, cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.  

ONTARIO WINTER CHAMPIONSHIPS PROMOTIONAL TOURNAMENT TICKETS

15. OntarioWinterChampionships promotional tickets (the “Promotional Tickets”) could be randomly credited to Eligible Player’s accounts. The accounts will be selected considering the players activity.  
16. Promotional Tickets must be used as advised on the same tickets and there is no cash alternative offered in any case where promotional ticketsremain  
17. Where Promotional Ticket accumulation results in a player holding an excess of tickets at the end of a specific target event only one of those tickets will be converted into a regular ticket for any poker event matching the ticket value.   

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

18. Cash prizes will be credited to the winners’ accounts once the tournament is over.  
19. Cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment they are credited onto the Eligible Player’s account.  
20. Cash prizes do not have an expiry date.  

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS   

21. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).  
22. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account tocomply with legal and regulatory obligations; this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.  
23. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.  
24. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Terms & Conditions.  
25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter,discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
