By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these promotional terms and conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

  1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Cash Game Festival” (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.   

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD   

  1. This Cash Game Festival is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 00:00 EST on 01/05/2025 to 23:59 EST on 31/05/2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION   

  1. The Promotion is available to real money customers of Party Ontario (the “Website”) who:  
    1. have a verified Website account.    
    2. are over 19 years of age;
    3. have downloaded our poker clint or mobile poker app; 
    4. are eligible to receive Website promotions

    (an “Eligible Player”).   

  2. An Eligible Player can only participate in the Promotion if they are physically present in Ontario during the gameplay.

CASH GAME FESTIVAL SPECIFIC CONDITIONS   

  1. Only Real Money poker play on NLHE cash games and NLHE fast forward games will count towards the Cash Games Festival.
  2. The missions, i.e., the challenges tied to promotional rewards, will be:
    1. Lucky Red Sevens – Simply get dealt 7H7D as your hole cards on any qualifying table to win a spin of the wheel.
    2. Deuces never lose – Get dealt pocket 22 as your hole cards and win the hand on any qualifying table to win a spin of the wheel. 
  3. All missions can be completed by playing Low Stakes tables or High Stakes tables as shown below. “NL” refers to the “No Limit” cash game format. The number indicates the maximum buy-in.
    1. Low Stakes table: From NL10 (C$0.05/C$0.10 blinds) to NL50 (C$0.25/C$0.50 blinds) tables;
    2. High Stakes table: From NL 100 (C$0.50/C$1 blinds) or higher.
  4. Omaha and heads up games are excluded from this Promotion.
  5. Daily missions will run from 01/05/25 until 31/05/25 and must be completed between 00:00 and 23:59 EST each day of the Promotional Period.
  6. Each mission can only be completed once per day per player which means a player could complete, in total, 4 missions every day.
  7. Once a mission is completed, players will be able to spin the High or Low Party Wheel, the spin must be used before 23:59 EST each day or it will expire.
  8. The prizes for the two wheels are shown in the table below:

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS   

  1. All cash prizes will be paid in C$ (Canadian Dollar) and will be credited to the winners’ accounts after spinning the wheel.
  2. Cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment they are credited to the Eligible Player’s account.
  3. Cash prizes do not have an expiry date.   

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS  

  1.  This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their website account (the “Promoter”).  
  2. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in.
