BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Spins leaderboard” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Terms & Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 1^st December 2022 until further notice (the "Promotional Period"). We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

3. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.on.partypoker.ca (the “Website”) who:
• have a verified Website account;
• are over 19 years old;
• have downloaded our poker client; and
• are eligible to receive Website promotions.

HOW TO QUALIFY

4. Eligible players are required to play either SPINS or SPINS Ultra to qualify for Leaderboard Points (as defined below) on a single leaderboard.

5. Leaderboard points are generated by using the following formula;



Leaderboard Points = (buy-in - rake) * Leaderboard Multiplier

• Buy-in = cost of SPINS tournament buy-in
• Table multiplier = Upon starting the tournament you will be prompted with a multiplier for that game

6. Eligible players can enter each of the three leaderboards available; $1, $5 and the $10 stake levels and win a reward for each leaderboard.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

7. During the Promotional Period, a players Leaderboards Points are generated each day from 00:00 ET until 23:59 ET (the “Qualifying Day”).
8. Eligible Players will be credited a daily reward (the “Reward”) calculated by their finishing position on each leaderboard at the end of the Qualifying Day.
9. The Rewards shown on SPINS Daily Leaderboard Prizes table will be credited to Eligible Players aftereach Qualifying Day:
10. An Eligible Player can only receive one Reward per Qualifying Day for each of the three leaderboards.
11. Rewards will be paid out and be visible in the Eligible Player’s account within 24hrs after each
12. Rewards will be paid as SPINS Tickets.

13. Will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account automatically within 24hrs after each Qualifying Day ends.
14. Will allow entry into SPINS and SPINS Ultra Tournaments only. Details will be specified on the tickets themselves, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the Eligible Player’s Website account;
15. Will expire after 14 days from issue;
16. Cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
17. Are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

18. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Terms & Conditions.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
